These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of DIDIBUYTHAT, including its website, content, recommendations, guides, emails, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About DIDIBUYTHAT

DIDIBUYTHAT is an affiliate discovery and marketing website operated from Wyoming, United States. We organize information about products, services, travel offers, digital resources, merchandise, and other opportunities. Most featured offers are provided and sold by independent companies.

Affiliate relationships and advertising

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you follow one of these links and complete a qualifying purchase or action, DIDIBUYTHAT may receive a commission or other compensation. Using an affiliate link generally does not increase the price you pay.

Purchases from outside merchants

When you follow a link to an outside merchant, your transaction is with that merchant—not DIDIBUYTHAT. The merchant controls product descriptions, eligibility, availability, pricing, discounts, checkout, payment processing, shipping, delivery, subscriptions, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service.

DIDIBUYTHAT does not receive or hold customer purchase funds for affiliate transactions and generally cannot access, cancel, refund, replace, or modify an order placed with an outside merchant. DIDIBUYTHAT-owned products

DIDIBUYTHAT may offer original digital products or branded merchandise through a clearly identified checkout. Product-specific pricing, delivery, fulfillment, cancellation, return, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase and will control that transaction. Third-party payment processors, production partners, or fulfillment providers may process or fulfill these orders.

Information and recommendations

Site content is provided for general informational and shopping-discovery purposes. We try to keep information useful and current, but prices, availability, features, eligibility requirements, promotions, and merchant terms may change without notice. Unless expressly stated, Site content is not legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, investment, or other professional advice. You may link to publicly available Site pages and share brief excerpts for noncommercial purposes if you provide clear attribution and do not misrepresent the content. No other license is granted.

Third-party websites and services

DIDIBUYTHAT does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or transactions. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIDIBUYTHAT and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or damages arising from an outside merchant, product, service, transaction, or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIDIBUYTHAT’s total liability for a claim arising from the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to DIDIBUYTHAT for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months or US $100.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DIDIBUYTHAT and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim that is not subject to a different mandatory forum under applicable law will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
